How mobile service works
- Call or text us with your location and what’s going on
- We give you a service window (usually within a few hours, often same-hour for urgent calls)
- Our technician shows up in a fully equipped service vehicle with the parts and tools needed
- We diagnose, quote, and (if you approve) fix it on the spot
- You pay only after the work is done
What we can do on-site
A lot. Modern mobile service trucks carry diagnostic equipment that rivals shops from a few years ago. We can handle:
- Most electrical issues (batteries, alternators, starters)
- Brakes (pads, rotors, calipers — front and rear)
- Belts, hoses, water pumps
- Sensors, fuel pumps, ignition components
- Oil changes and fluid services
- Tire repair and emergency tire changes
What needs to come to the shop
Some repairs need a lift, a press, or specialty equipment. We’ll tell you honestly when that’s the case. Examples:
- Internal engine work (head gasket, timing chain)
- Transmission rebuilds
- Exhaust system fabrication
- Wheel alignments
- Major suspension work (control arms, struts on most vehicles)
Where we go
Anywhere in the {site.serviceArea}. East Nashville, Germantown, The Gulch, 12 South, Sylvan Park, Belle Meade, Green Hills, Brentwood, Franklin, Bellevue, Hermitage, Madison, Antioch, Mount Juliet — we cover the metro.
For trips beyond the metro, we charge a small travel fee. Call to confirm.
What you’ll pay
Mobile service pricing is the same as in-shop pricing for the same job — no surcharge for coming to you. We make up for it by being efficient and not needing to overhead a giant facility.
