You call or text, tell us what's going on, and we come to your location — home, office, or wherever your car broke down — anywhere in the Nashville Metro Area & Middle Tennessee. Most common repairs can be done on-site. -
03 What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every repair is backed by a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. If something is not right, bring it back and we will fix it at no charge. -
04 Do you work on electric and hybrid vehicles?
Yes. We service all major hybrid and electric vehicles, including Tesla, Rivian, Ford Lightning, Hyundai/Kia EVs, and Toyota/Lexus hybrids. -
05 Do you work on European or luxury vehicles?
Yes. We service BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, and other European makes. We use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts. -
06 How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, cash, and Apple/Google Pay. For larger repairs we also offer financing through Sunbit and Koalafi — apply in under 60 seconds with no impact to your credit score. -
07 Can I drop my car off after hours?
Yes. We have a secure after-hours drop box at the shop for keys. Call ahead so we know to expect you. -
08 Do you offer loaner cars?
For repairs that take more than a day, we have a limited fleet of loaner vehicles available. Ask us when you book. -
09 How long will my repair take?
Most maintenance items (oil changes, brakes, tires) are same-day. Larger repairs depend on parts availability — we'll give you a real timeline before we start, not a vague 'we'll call you when it's ready.' -
10 Do you tow?
Yes. If you can't get your car to us, we'll get it to us. Towing is available across the Nashville metro area. Call for current rates.
